MONTHLY PROGRESS PACK · SEPTEMBER 2026
First send of the September to November 2026 horizon. This update covers 25 August to 5 September.
At a glance
Before we go further
A short list. Each one unlocks work already queued, once it's ticked off.
What we're doing
Product review markup, so star ratings show in search
162 reviews on Premium Reserve alone are not yet earning the rich snippet
Speed baseline locked across homepage, PLP, PDP and cart
Before-state needed before any speed fix can prove itself
Free delivery progress bar in cart
A threshold nobody sees during basket build is just a discount
Apple Pay and Google Pay enabled at checkout
Wallets were off in payment settings, invisible until tested
Homepage carousel reordered, proven sellers first
Was leading with three flavours that carry no reviews yet
Featured work
of sessions never add to cart. Format, price per bottle and the reasons to trust the cider now sit above the fold, with the add-to-basket bar staying on screen as the page scrolls.
Concept
A/B test · Premium Reserve, new template vs old, 50/50 split
Awaiting resultAlso scoring well
Free, no app, live in a day. Carries a repeat-purchase code and a shareable friend code inside Shopify's own order confirmation.
21% checkout drop when buyers can't tell when cider arrives. The Christmas cut-off date goes live well ahead of the rush.
Items per order stuck at 2.0. "Drink it with" and "from the same press" modules give a first-time buyer their second bottle.
Today's hero is a headline and founding story before any shop link. A clear route to Shop and to the Park sits above the fold instead.
Featured work
Today the builder forks into 6 or 12 bottles before it even opens. The redesign makes that a choice inside one flow, and fixes the slowest page on the whole site in the process.

First read against this baseline.
PDP and free delivery tests should be showing movement.
Final read of this horizon, before the next quarter's deck starts.

Loyalty widget mobile placement fixed
Currently overlays the product grid on mobile, ships independently of the wider loyalty review
Re-merchandise the declining core range
Six lines each down 6 to 24% while three heroes carry the growth
Volume-tier pricing shown on the product page
The shop already shows per-bottle and case price side by side, the site shows only one
Tasting notes and pairings across the range
At least one product already has this as structured data, a template job not a content job
